We are an innovative Swiss start up with mission of helping young tennis players to raise funds to support their careers.
NXTC operate a web platform, which allows aspiring and professional tennis players to monetize their tennis skills and brand. The platform publishes players’ monetization
projects, and (the platform) brings athletes and their supporters together.
NXTC also provides various services to assist players with their projects and make it a success. All payments between platform users occur directly and not through NXTC.
NXTC only acts as an agent for the platform users seeking monetization by collecting the corresponding funds on behalf of the athletes.
Our primary targets are aspiring and professional tennis players and their fans, brands and organizations including clubs, academies, involved and present in tennis.
During the registration process, a user must choose a group to be attached to. The current groups are Players, Supporters and Brands. Each user can be attached to a single group only. The main purpose of the groups is a set-up of rights and accesses on the platform.
We require all platform users to register. This applies to athletes seeking monetization and for users supporting monetization projects.
The purpose of a project is to monetize player’s brand, skills and help them to finance their tennis careers.
Players can choose for their monetization projects from several monetization solutions, including:
Ads – where players offer individual services, such a tennis lesson, to supporters for a fee
Donations – where players raise funds from supporters (without the funds being repaid) but possibly including non-financial benefits
Mini-bonds – where players raise funds from supporters (with interest on borrowed money and with the funds being repaid depending on players’ success)
There are no restrictions on nationality or residence of Players creating projects.
However, some monetization solutions may not be available (i) in all countries and (ii) to players younger than 18 years old.
Currently, only tennis players group can create monetization projects.
Players cannot support other players projects.
We only cover tennis and either pro players or players aspiring to play professional

We plan to release the version of the app where player registration and set up of projects will be possible by players themselves. In the current release, all players are to to contact NXTC at info@nxtcourt.com with their contact details and outline they need. We will be in touch shortly and help with registration and set up of any project.
As mentioned we aim to offer full self service in the future. However, in the current release this is not possible yet. Refer to the previous point and contact us at info@nxtcourt.com
We define these to make the back-end processing efficient. However, we believe that the minimal contributions are not restrictively high.
We do not guarantee any success of any monetization project listed on the platform or realization of the efforts.
We do provide support to increase chances of the monetization being a success.
You are responsible for mobilizing your own supporters. Do talk to us to discuss best practices, and how we can support you in increasing your chances for a successful monetization (see Help and Services).
All projects are subject to a check from NXTC. Once you complete your project, one typically may expect a turnaround and the project being published in 24 hours. NXTC reserves the right to review, request changes, reject and stop any monetization effort on the platform.
Once the project is published and “live” you can’t edit it.
It depends on a type of solutions chosen.
For donations there is no need, even though we encourage offering some non-financial benefits to your supporters as a thank you. Please note that as a player you are fully
responsible for delivering any promised benefits (incl. payments if and as relevant) to your supporters.
For ads and mini-bonds you are effectively receiving contributions in exchange for a specific effort and as part of a direct legal relationship between you and each supporting laying out certain rights and obligations of both parties.
Yes, for solutions with a funding goal you must reach a minimal funding.
You can search the platform for players or solutions and contribute to the project of your choice.
There is no limit on a number of projects and / or players you can support.
Yes, you can contact a player by using notification function on the platform. (not available in current version)

Please note that by a supporting a project, you do not gain any rights to decide or impact any of the project.
Currently we accept major credit cards (ea. Visa, MasterCard, Amex) only. Please let us know in case of any specific needs via support@nxtcourt.com.
We are using Stripe as a payment provider and processor.
During the project set up, an account with Stripe Payments Europe Limited for credit card payments and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks is created.
Registration on the platform and a profile set up is free of charge for all members. We charge fees on amounts collected (paid).
Standard fees for solutions are currently charged 10% on the amount raised. This amount includes administrative and operative effort by the platform and covers the credit card fees charged by payment provider Stripe of up to 2.9% + 0.30 CHF (for international cards).
Example: a project raises 100 EUR; after deduction of all fees, the player receives a payout of 90 EUR. 10 EUR goes to cover payment processing charges and NXTC fees.
All fees charged are disclosed for every donations, ads, and bond issuance in the app.
All fees charged per credit card are booked or reserved when transaction is made (a member clicks on Buy or Complete).
Any payouts to players take at least 7 business day (condition imposed by Stripe) and may take up to 59 days depending on specific solution and conditions used. All payouts take place upon either reaching out the project target or reaching the project duration (as defined during the project set up).
Stripe as a payment provider sets any foreign exchange rate used for any conversions. Payouts are made in the currency of the provided bank account by players.
All contributions to project are considered to be in general final and not-refundable. In exceptional cases should any refund be provided, these are always net of any fees charged by the payment provider for original payment and refund. Refunds can be provided only after involved platform members agree on a refund. Any refund will be processed within 30 days on best effort basis. Reminder: the operator is not a party to any transactions between members.
Additional services offered in support of users and brands by the Operator are subject to specific conditions. The services include Education (for Players), Marketing campaign planning (for players), Marketing campaign planning (for brands), Supporters services (including content creation for Players). As these services are highly customized and provided on request only, there is no standard pricing.

No, it is not. We are not in position to provide any such confirmation. Each user of the platform, whether players or supporters, are responsible for filing their tax declarations and pay their taxes.
